What are Fatigue-Releated Stressors?

If you’re feeling extra sluggish, and you don’t know why, you’re not alone! Fatigue is so common that nearly a quarter of women polled said they have experienced unexplained fatigue this year. And that’s not all! Your fatigue may be taking a toll on your lifestyle in ways you don’t realize, from your social life to your career.

The good news is that your fatigue may be something within your control, so talk to a doctor about whether you’re getting enough iron through your diet. Common symptoms of low iron or iron deficiency anemia include: weakness, fatigue, decreased performance and feeling cold.
